Terms Of Use

License to Use

OMS4 grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable license to use OMS4 only for use in accordance with these terms. Any use of OMS4 in any other manner, including without limitation, any modification or distribution of the application or text, graphics, data, hyperlinks, intellectual property and other content associated therewith is not permitted.

User Information

By using OMS4, the user consents to the collection, transmissions, use and protection of his/her information to OMS4. The user shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of his/her information transmitted from or stored on his/her device for the purposes of the service. OMS4 shall not be responsible in any way for any loss (including loss of the user’s information) arising from the use of OMS4.

Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to use OMS4 in violation of any laws or regulations applicable from time to time or to misuse OMS4 in any manner deemed as inappropriate by OMS4.

Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless to OMS4 and/or its employees and agents from and against all claims, damages (actual and consequential), losses, costs and expenses that is directly or indirectly attributable to the user’s breach of these terms, including any use or misuse of OMS4.

Warranties/Representations/Guarantees

OMS4 provides this service on an “as is” basis and the user agrees that he/she is using the application at his/her own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMS4 does not make any warranty, representation or guarantee (whether expressed or implied) that OMS4 and/or its contents is/are of a satisfactory quality, accurate, non-infringing, free of errors and/or able to operate on an uninterrupted basis.

Intellectual Property

The logos, graphics, marks used in connection with OMS4 are trademarks or registered trademarks belonging to either OMS4 or other respective owners. These marks may not be copied, imitated or used (in whole or part) without the prior written permission of OMS4 or the applicable trademark owner.

Amendment of Terms

OMS4 may amend these terms from time to time without prior notice to the user. The user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms by his/her continued use of OMS4.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the purposes of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the use of OMS4 and/or these terms.
